Brands that support 386EVO - aka PF30, 86.5mm

Are there many options for an "386EVO" BB with a 86.5mm width when it comes to replacing a road 11 speed double crank set without using adapters?

So far the brands I've came across that support a one for one swap are FSA & SRAM. Looking at the 50-34T sets & a la cart 36T available, it seems SRAM is most competitive for cost & performance.

Rotor?
What group do you have?

And I'm still not clear on what part you're looking for. I assume it's a crankset.

This is what was fitted originally. No longer have it, & rather than go with buying the exact replacement, I'd like to buy something different. Ultimately, I would like to go with a 50-36T crankset, but that combo doesn't preexist. The BCD being 120, I'd really like to find a double that supports that BCD in order to change the 34T to a 36T.. That is where I am running into some rabbit holes. So far universal cycles has been helpful in sifting thru some of the options. Not so sure on the end price though.

The good news is that BB386 Evo was developed by FSA to be compatible with pretty much any 30mm crank standard (exception: old school BB30 "narrow", which no one really uses any more anyway). In a pinch, you can also run 24mm Shimano cranks with an adaptor.

I highly recommend looking at wheels mfg or Hambini for a 24mm BB386Evo solution, rather than sticking adapters in a 30mm bearing.

Yes, agreed. I should have been more clear: what I meant by "adaptor" is a press-in or screw-together BB. In general, it's probably easiest to stick with a 30mm crank.

that's what my intentions are, & have so far been positive in my searching as well as communicating with the one LBS willing to give me the time of day. That LBS also said that if they have a difficult time sourcing it, to e-mail Univ. Cycles online to place the order.

Wheels Manufacturing is going to be your best bet on finding the BB you want.
