The head-badge looks like a 80's Schwinn. The fork crown looks like the Schwinn Voyager Clang posted.
Also, the top-tube cable guides appear to be side mounted like the Voyager
Pin striping where the chrome meets the paint on the forks and stays look the same as the Voyager

For 50.00 I decided it was worth 20$ in gas to have a nice set of barcons at least. We do have a stuck seatpost but it's not buried so that should help. The hubs are Shimano and the rear is an early 6 speed free hub. The stem came out with little drama.
I can just make out the ghost of 11. On the top tube.
