Garmin Live Segment Display

Can the Edge 1030 display the map/route during a Live Segment?

Long story to this question .... I've been using an Edge 1030 since 2018; before that I used an Edge 510 for many years. Two weeks ago I had a minor wreck, but it was enough to break the mount tabs off the 1030. I shipped it back for a refurbished unit (for no charge!). And while I waited for the exchange, I dusted off my old 510. There are many, many things I missed about my 1030 while using the old 510. But there's one thing the 510 had that I can't find on my 1030 .... a map display on a Live Segment. The 510 displays time behind, distance to finish, and simple line map of the route, my 510 doesn't have any maps loaded, so you're just seeing the 'bread crump trail'. Here's want the 510 looks like:

I can not find this map display on my 1030, I typically see this

My 1000 had that map option, but as I recall, I couldn't figure it out (if there is even an option) on the 1030, so I just let it go. I preflight every segment I go for multiple times anyhow.

If I remember correctly the 1030 can show the visual behind or ahead with the terrain profile. the selection is in the activity profile data screens for Segment screen. I replaced the terrain profile with cadence and heart rate. Looking I see it on the 4-C screen setup. I do see some of the other data but the font is not as large as on your screen shot. Anyway I’ll have to go for a ride and see.
