I love everything about this... the way he looks, sees the train coming, and not only decides to still cross but just sort of rambles across like he doesn't care*; the guy leaning out the door like "dude, WTF?"; the other guy at the end who's smacking him in the head (with what looks like a shoe, no less) like the idiot he is...
*Plus the fact that it doesn't seem to occur to him to retrieve his shoe and climb onto the platform to put it on...

I noticed that too. I think it just takes longer for the bottom of the cup to get hot because of the thicker ceramic there. Their feet would probably be last to return to the ship as the cup cooled.

Shouldn't they have to be neked for beaming? Or is that only for time travel like with Ahnold?

Second-unit trivia: the restaurant where Sarah Connor works is a dressing of a Carrows in Southern California. They renamed it "Big Jeff's"... kind of funny since I'm 6-foot-4.

They run these things by remote control. I guess they have their reasons.

When I was a little kid my dad built us a house and called in a contractor to put in a septic tank. The truck fell into the hole and cracked the tank. They sent another truck and it fell over trying to right the first one. This was on perfectly level ground.

It was the strongest truck in those isles.
