It usually takes me about 30k (18 miles) to get fully warmed up. Once I "get into the groove," I find that I don't want to stop, riding itself is more relaxing than stopping to take a break. But on longer rides, I will always stop at around the halfway point to eat and drink to fuel my ride home.

Depends who I'm riding with and how far riding solo. Guy I ride with the most likes to stop and take pictures. Fine with me. I can have a drink and maybe a snack.

If I'm doing a long ride, say over 30 miles and on sketchy dirt, I will stop for water 7-10 miles and an energy bar half way.

On longer rides only stop to refill my water. I hate relaxing then starting back up again.

Once or twice a week I do a short ride of 25ish miles. The highlight of the ride is when I stop for a snack break and people watch. One time another old guy on a bike stopped to chat and started telling me I would be better off if I just kept going and it would be hard for me to get going again. I tried to tell him I would be fine but he wouldn't shut up until he left.
When I ride with the club or on group rides I stop whenever they want.

Three or four times per ride to take pictures. I usually ride 30-40 miles at a shot. On hot days, after 30+ miles I usually find a coffee shop, kick off my shoes and enjoy a large cold beverage.

I plan on one stop every 60 miles or so, making allowances for difficult terrain, checking directions, etc.

At 83 I usually have to stop once for a pee break. As some one else said it also depends on the time of day, and how much coffee I have drank. Probably I ride my trike 90% of the time and stay clipped in all the time between breaks.

Stop every 20-25 miles, try to keep it short unless stopping to get something to eat etc.

Depends on the route, the weather, the scenery, and the company. I don't track mileage, but I like to stop for a quick stretch every hour and a half or so. More frequently as the day wears on.

whenever i want to for a pic, lunch, beer, whatever. this time of year when the daylight hours are short, early stops on long rides means no stops later on when racing the sun back to the start.

I stop for pictures.
If its really hot then I will probably need more liquid after 2 hours.
Its nice to stop for most anybody needing help, especially cyclists who need help
Others have help me when my spare tubes and CO2s have failed me

Since my wife is a type 2 diabetic with heart problems we do a lot of short stops especially on a hilly or lots of up hill inclines to let her bring her heart rate down or to get a drink and she eat a little something to keep her blood sugar levels from crashing!

On 25-30 milers, I stop to take pictures.

On 50-60s stop for a nature break, pictures, and maybe a stop at a coffee shop with 8 miles to go.

I stop at all stop signs and red lights and about an hour into my ride to change the batteries of my cameras. That's usually the time I have a snack.

If I'm on a group ride I will stop as dictated by the group. Alone basically never. I am no longer interested in riding more than 40 mi.or so. And, on that kind of ride I am not interested in stopping. It just ruins the rhythm of the ride for me.

I live in coastal Rhode Island. There…it’s possible for me to roll out of my driveway and go on a 30-40-50 mile ride with no stopping (maybe a quick traffic light or two less than a minute). But my wife and I are ‘snow birding’ for the first time in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Being here is really making me appreciate home so much more. Being in the midst of this megalopolis it’s almost impossible to go more than 1-2 miles without having to stop for a traffic light…which generally takes upwards of five minutes.

I stop when my body indicates it is time to do so. I find that in hot humid weather my core temp can increase to a dangerous level and if I start to feel light headed I stop until I cool down. A second water bottle to pour water on my head helps a great deal.
