Though the decision to bike indoors (I’m sticking to Zwift currently) pales in comparison to making a bad decision that results in a stranded winter in the mountains. I try to ride everyday but some days the legs say no. The good thing is the next ride will be twice as good from the rest day.

It's worth remembering that rest and recovery is when you actually gain fitness. As we get older we need more recovery time too. That's one of the main differences between young and old.

This morning, I found a custom workout I made for myself on Zwift called Patty Reed's Doll. Forgot all about it, don't know what I was thinking about when I named it that.
