2020 was the huge sell off from n=9 to n=3. For 2021, n+3-1.

Wow, I counted 18 extremely nice bikes between your two posts! If we were passing out awards, I believe you'd be streets ahead for the biggest N-1 of 2021.

Is that a double wire fence with webbing to hold gravel pieces?

Wood chips, I believe. It is a fence around a tennis court in a neighboring village, which I sometimes use as background for bike portraits. So far only N+1's, though.
Not even that. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I did anything useful this year ...

I don't often do N-1, but I cleared out a few in 2020 and one lingered into January of 2021.
This 1976 Austro Daimler was my only true N-1 of the year:
Even that only went out as a frameset. The wheels, tires, shifters, and derailleurs are on my latest acquisition on the workstand at this very moment.
The other bike that went out of my garage, a 1976 Takara, isn't technically an N-1 since I only had it long enough to restore it and ride it for the Clunker 100 Challenge. I do miss it though.

My collection is getting a little bloated, and I had bigger plans to sell four or five bikes go toward the purchase of a modern MTB, but the only one I was able to let go was the Centurion. As wonderful as it was, it was a touch too small (I hover around a 58cm, and thought I might be more comfy on this 56, but I think Centurions were sized a little on the small side, tbh), and it didn't pass the "how much do I really ride this one?" test. I was able to snag a larger-size Nishiki Tri-A with the same Tange 1 tubing, and that kinda sealed the deal. Again, can't say enough good things about this bike---it was very light and smooth-riding, and the Shimano 600 6-speed was flawless. I brought it back from the dead--it was set aside by a scrapper, and I picked it up for $30 on the condition that I took the box-store kids' MTB with it. The paint was the only thing I couldn't really bring back 100%, but it was a joy to work on, and once it was done I never had to turn a screw on it. Sold it a month or two ago to a guy who had a Centurion but was looking for one for his son, who was getting the cycling bug. Warmed my heart! For some reason, though, my favorite detail of the build was the Araya gold anodized rims, which, as luck would have it, I also picked up with the Nishiki.

I sold two last year, both CIMs that I thought I'd enjoy riding but never had time to find out.
I have at least one more bike to build up and move out this year, plus a few framesets and piles of accumulated parts that I should really stop hoarding.

I so wish the Ritchey was a 65cm, that frame is artwork.
I saw the purge over at iBob and wondered what you are going to have left. Didn't the Rivs get most of your miles?

Cool thread. I sold a few bikes this year but this is the only one that anyone here would possibly be interested in. Wow was it light and fast. I tried to make it work but it was just too small for me. This is the pic I used to sell it; I didn't actually ride it like that, esp re. those pedals.
