Overweight (300lbs) rider (beginner) looking for a solid bike.

I am looking at the "Kink Williams 2022" or the "wethepeople Battleship". I currently weigh 300 pounds. I know I need a full 4130 chromoly build with a 3 pc chromo crank. I wonder are these bikes what I am looking for? I can afford them so the money is not the problem the problem is I don't know exactly what I need, also are double walled 36h rims going to hold up are do I need triple walled 48h rim? I would prefer not to go with an all out custom build but I can and will if I have to. Any advice? Thanks
