Ideal Beginner Events in Colorado

Hi, I have started training recently and I'd like to train for a specific race if possible, with the following constraints:
  • No bike yet, so indoor training for at least 6 months before I buy a bike.
  • Training started approx 2 weeks ago, so at beginner level. Can maintain about 110-120 average wattage over 1 hour.
  • Will be first ever bike race.
  • Road racing only, with preference towards hilly/climbing races in the Rockies though I'm open to other types.
  • In Colorado
  • Expect to be ready by Summer/Fall of 2023
Given these constraints, which events do you suggest?

i would suggest just buying a bike and riding by yourself and then in beginning group rides.
