New Member! Greetings from LA
Hello Folks,
Former bicyclist, now a recumbent tricyclist, owing to a bad wreck in late 2021. Former bikes were Trek Domane, 1978 Centurion Super Le Mans (I LOVED THAT BIKE!), and Giant Tough Road SLR GX. 62 year old dude who foolishly spent nearly 40 years away from cycling. I was riding 7K mi annually (yes, I'm insane) before the wreck. Now I'm on an HP Velotechnik Scorpion FS 26 Enduro. I love this marvel of German engineering. I'm working through some hiccups that I'll post on elsewhere. I'm so glad to be back on the road in my nerdy contraption, as I make my comeback from having my leg humpty-dumptied back together by some amazing doctors. Thank you for this great forum.
Sincerely,
Patrick Olguin
