How activate
Need help getting premium membership.
Paid with my PayPal almost got conned into giving credit info through START on ad below. PayPal returned me to that screen. Don’t want another account here. How do I activate and where do I get help? I also entered a different PayPal email than the one used here.

Some of those advertisements have the ability to be flagged. When you see troubling ads you should click on those blueish things at the top right corner of them. Sometimes they have options that flag them as needing review. But by whom I don't know. However it has gotten rid of some for me before I too became a paid member.
Though it's too late since you already fell for that ad. You need to figure out who that is and take appropriate care that you didn't sign up for something that is going to ding your account with a regular fee. Even if it's just a dollar once a year.
