Figured the cranks we're original as the bike still has what appears to be the original Cheng Shin rubber on it. $60 CL find, so not complaining.

Oddly, I've never seen that embossed Sugino before. The profile of the crank is pretty common though so ir shouldn't be hard to match. I'll look in my box.
