Rebuilding a loose ball hub and coming up short while re-packing.

Had a set of tires once that sometimes took me days of trying to get on and off the rims. So tight that even without airing them up the spokes lost measurable tension. The one good thing that came from the accident that took out that bike, I don’t have to deal with those tires anymore.
As an on going thing, I generally really enjoy bike maintenance. But I will get frustrated on upgrade projects involving BB or cranks, to usually find there is yet another special tool I need. I don’t mind having to get one, I just hate that it delays the project.

I guess what currently frustrates me most is my tool box while nice is not set up as well as I would like and setting it up how I would like is doable but would require a new box and really some Kaizen foam (or maybe something else) and a nice laser cutter and that is all expensive and since I don't make a living from my home tool box there is really no need to go all out like that.

Frames that are so tight on brake clearance that you can't remove or install a wheel without letting the air out of the tires.
Also, pad adjustments on old post-mount canti brakes. Usually found on bikes with the above clearance issues, smh.

Every 8 weeks, the tire is toast. I put a new one on. I do not like the difficulty putting a GP5000 TR S on. It is difficult. I have weak hands due to neuro issues and the tire/rim mfgs can't get their **** together.

Banned.
If I have to spend money like ordering a new set of tires or even new chain. I could barely pay my bills so it's a struggle. I had to cut back on my rides to only once or twice a week to stretch the life of my equipment. I make up for it with time on the stationary bike. At least the stationary bike doesn't seem to need any maintenance at all, almost cost-free to use.

maintaining 10+ tubeless tires/wheels. it's pain constantly checking sealant level
when the sealant does not work, having to remove the tire on the side of the road and clean all that sealant out before installing a tube
swapping tubeless tires for another tire at home. it's such a pain to try and remove all the sealant off the rim and tire, insert new tubeless tire and save the semi cleaned used tubeless tire
