Depends on condition. KOM 10 was top of the MTB line equipped with XT. If in good shape with original group yes. Pictures would help.

It's too small. Move on.
You might want to ask the forum members to share photos of frames similar to those you're posting here at WIW that are appropriate for someone 5' 10". Also, do an inseam measurement and upper body measurement as well, just so we know where the handlebars and saddle are supposed to be in relation to your body and the pedals.

I would say $185 is about what the bike is worth it's a nice MTB looks to be in good condition. But it looks to need tires some new consumables and a full service looks to have been sitting for a long time, so figure another $100 to get it in nice riding shape maybe a bit more.
