I believe that it reads "CLIP SHOES" and not "CUP SHOES".

What, cup shoes are a thing. They're made of sturdy plastic, and have strings, so your hands can stay busy too, while you wear them. 😁 I imagine riding a bicycle with them on might be a bit complicated. 🤔😁😉

They also missed clipless pedals for the clip shoes (cup shoes?), a teenie-tiny seat bag for extra tube, CO2 cartridges and tire levers that dad has no clue how to use, and sexy wrap-around aerodynamic sunglasses, cell phone for calling home for a pick-up when he gets a flat or a mechanical issue, nutritional gels, banana,

“Cup shoes”?
Many years ago, I was at a pizza place, meeting my girlfriend's parents for the first time. Looking at the menu toppings, I asked the table, "harn? What's harn?"

<facepalm>

This dad is lucky, very lucky. Not only is one of his kids a physical therapist, but both of them are cyclists with lots of shop experience! Christmas trees have been known to sprout accessories, parts, tools, hell even a complete bike once!
