In my area $50 wouldn't be an unreasonable asking price.

Crankset, rear derailleur, front derailleur, shifters, and brakes are worth more than $50 parted out (probably over $100 if luck enough in pieces), and the wheels are likely 27" rather than 700C so less desireable. Stem and bars could get $40.
You have to be lucky, but this is one bike that the frame brings down the value of what you could get for parting out, polishing and waiting.
Sad really, since the Japanese Bianchis were really well made bikes.
