The rookie from Rockford

Hello, Nicholas from Rockford. I haven't ridden a bike since I was in high school. It's been 20 years since then. Eh, just thought I'd revisit the old days. Talked with school friends and decided to start riding bikes to keep fit and lead a healthy lifestyle, because from the sedentary lifestyle began to rust) I will be glad to meet all)

Welcome Nik, I was born in Rockford Memorial in 1952. I lived in Loves Park until 1974. I still have family there, but do not visit very often. I really like the MUP along the river from Sinissippi Park all the way to the park at the end, cannot recall the name. I also like the one going from Alpine Rd. to Rock Cut State Park, and riding the park loop and paved paths.

I am in south-coastal Delaware and have lived here for 46 years. It is even flatter here than in Northern IL. The only hill for miles and miles is the bridge over the Indian River Inlet.

Enjoy the ride, be safe.

Thank you all for such a warm and heartfelt welcome. And why didn't I know about such a great forum before? I've discovered so many interesting things. Thank you all. I hope my hobby and nostalgia develop into something professional.
