Nice! Forney's is definitely up there in the pantheon. BITD locomotive engineers were basically the airline pilots of their day. Very highly respected.

Not "peeps". I do not wish to be associated with those ungodly marshmallow abominations.

No, I'm actually dumb. I have zero idea what your "Exhibit A" comment was about.

You said I was Exhibit C. And, as a matter of procedure, you have to introduce Exhibit B before you introduce Exhibit C.

To be fair, airline pilots today are not respected like they were during my Great Uncle's time - he flew for Pan Am from 1941-1978.

Actually, no. Exhibits get introduced "out of sequence" routinely. Testimony doesn't always come in as you planned and the exhibits are usually pre-marked.

I live within walking distance of the original Baldwin Locomotive Works. At its height, it occupied 32 acres just east of this house.

In the early 1920s a fire devastated the works. The business moved to Eddystone, PA, along the shores of the Delaware River, giving it access to international marine traffic.

Cool! I've got a Baldwin builder's plate and a bell.
