How to attach Suntour dérailleur to frame

Hello all,
I have a simple bike problem that I cannot figure out myself: I am not a natural mechanic. Please help me if you can with some sound advice.

I foolishly, and unnecessarily removed the rear Suntour dérailleur from the frame of my Raleigh Grand Prix and now I cannot see how to re-attach it to the frame. I know the term "hanger" is used but I am not sure what that term means. In particular, I need to know where the small retaining bolt, that I had unscrewed to remove the dérailleur, is re-attached. I tried the small threaded hole in the rear drop-out but that does not seem to be correct.

I have attached two photos, one of the dérailleur and one of the rear fork where the dérailleur should be re-attached. I know explaining this remotely might be difficult please give it your best shot!
Thanks in advance.

This is the dérailleur mechanism. The bolt that I unscrewed is at the bottom, near the "jaw".

This is the rear drop-out where the dérailleur should be re-attached.

It slips into the slot there, and the slot on your 'claw' hanger lines up with the slot on the frame. The 'claw' goes on the outside of the dropout, and the weird, special nut, which you haven't lost because I can see it in the picture, slips into the dropout's slot on the backside.

Basically, The axle slides into the "hook".
The "nut" on the backside may have to be rotated to fit into the drop out.
When the axle nut is cinched down, everything is held in place.

And to answer the next possible question- when the der is properly installed and then the wheel is too the left side axle will sit approximately 1/3 of the way forward in it's slot. Andy
