Serial number would help otherwise it’s all a big guess.
My guess is Corsa (SL tubing), mid to late 80’s (top tube cable guides, under the BB cable routing), probable respray.
But hey, lots of possible answers here.

Serial number given is not correct
The Zero in 70 might be correct (although it doesn’t look like a 60 cm frame to me) but that side should have a letter.
Same deal with 1518, should be a letter on the right as well.

Looks just like my 1990 Corsa SL. This is a 55cm, and yeah the serial number on yours is funky. Corsa Extra had more chrome, and 7-Eleven Team Issue had some other fancy bits.

It looks like a C1518 A (or ^) 7C and that means a beautiful ~06.1990 Corsa
