This is just so damn weird to see supermodels in high fashion clothes pretending to be bike riders... is there anybody who actually thinks these are interesting photos?

Without a doubt and despite living a likely very charmed life of Hollywood royalty, rose well above that to do plenty of genuine good.
Should be a far, far bigger club, especially including pro athletes yet sadly is not.
And yes I know there are many that use their fame and wealth for good, its still a very small club, comparatively.

It is indeed. I ride the Hudson River Greenway in Manhattan and there are some parents who travel with their kids this way. I see them so often that it can mislead me into believing it's a big trend, but it's just the leading edge. Still, the trend is very encouraging.

With cowboy boots on! Cowgirl boots? Cowperson boots?
Almost, maybe, Go-Go boots!
I’m a sucker for boots!
Don’t know why I had to add that! But there it is!

Flipping through the movie channels randomly, I caught the tail end of the oddball Cops and Robbers from 1973. Saw a strange scene of road cyclists hovering around a cop car. "But, hey, sweet bikes! Sweet kit!"

Two corrupt cops are making a deal with the Mafia. The cops set up a meet in Central Park. This way the mob can't bring in any cars and they can have their radio car.. So, the mob has their men on bicycles.
That's as much as I can give without a spoiler alert.
