Liability insurance sholuld be price-boosted by number of touchscreen square inches in cars. Cars are being turned into potential killer drones aimed at other road users.

Great!! Let's provide motorists more ways to look at their dash and gadgets instead of the road and where they are going. What could go wrong with that?
