No quibble about pommes frites with mayo-based sauce ... yum. But that song ... I certainly recall when it came out (around '89 I think?), and it is 'catchy' in an odd way. Having just watched Cunk on Earth, I don't think I'll ever listen to 'Pump Up The Jam' right through again.

I have 2 years remaining on my passport, with only domestic trips planned any time soon anyway. I can wait out the crush.

Without googling I don't know where the Canadian space agency is. Do they do countdowns in both English and French?

Longueuil, Quebec (large suburb of Montréal). IIRC we did successfully launch a few satellites in the past, but I think mostly we design/build satellites, and components and other stuff (e.g. the 'Canadarm') for international ventures into space. And supply a few astronauts.

Yes, these are the brand new ones. I don't care for brown sidewalls and wanted black but the only non-tan tire in the catalog is called gray/black. I took a chance and ordered them anyway and they are... black.

Yes, it is but it's only money and cycling is my only hobby in an otherwise frugal lifestyle. My cycling expenditures for my wife and myself are admittedly extravagant.
Im sure the price will come down if it hasn't already.

Seems improvements in rolling resistance and puncture resistance, but not much else: https://www.bikeradar.com/news/new-p...zero-race-tlr/
Kinda disappointing as I am hoping for a competitor for the GP5000S TR

Is the '23 version of the P-Zero notably improved? I tried the older ones, and was not impressed. They didn't have the ride quality that I get from Conti GP5kTLs. However, mediocre sidewall puncture resistance on the Contis continues to be their weak point, and I recently had that same issue bite me again.

Back to work, and a couple hours in my laptop gets thrown into quarantine for a missing update. Run the updater, no improvement. Help desk had auto-escalated me to level2, and the level1 people you can call can't see the queue or tell me anything better than "24-48 hours". Seems like a long time to be waiting unable to even access email.
