Three Speed Parts: What Are These Called and Where Can I Buy Them?
I'm working on several three-speed projects at the moment, three Raleigh Sports and one Hercules. I find myself missing some small parts from these 50-year-old bikes and I don't know what to call them or where to buy them. My most significant need is for the small plastic insert that is used in the shifting cable. The housing runs from the shifter to this stop and is bare wire afterwards. I don't know what to call the plastic ferrule (the middle piece in this photo) or, more importantly, where to get one. It fits into the cable stop on the left. I also need to find one or two of the clips that hold the rear brake cable housing to the top tube; it's on the right in the photo.
I would be thankful if someone can tell me what to call these thingamabobs and where I can acquire them. Cheers!

The white bit and clip is called a fulcrum clip by sturmey archer .
There are different sizes for different tube diams

Fulcrum sleeve. Find a metal one if you can; the plastic ones eventually disintegrate.

As stated above, the plastic insert is called a Fulcrum Sleeve (Sturmey's only part w/o a part number?). Here's the whole family of thingamabobs:

I really appreciate knowing that I'm looking for a fulcrum sleeve, it's much easier than asking for "that plastic thing that goes along the shifting cable of a three-speed bike".

The way the fulcrum is slotted and removable from the clip allows you to install the old gear cables that came fixed length, with lead ends on both ends. Nowadays people are more likely to us the kind where you cut the cable and housing to length, and the adjuster that threads onto the indicator chain has a cable anchor (hole through a bolt). If using that kind, then you don't need a Sturmey fulcrum, you can use any housing stop, whether clamp-on or braze-on, slotted or unslotted.
Of course you may want to keep your gruppo "tutto Sturmey" anyway, nothing wrong with that. That's what I usually do — even though I like to cut my housing to length, I still use a real S-A fulcrum clipped to the toptube, and a real S-A steel pulley (or 2) near the seat cluster to direct the cable(s) down the seatstay(s). (2 cables in the case of my S-5 hub.)

I took them to the machine shop at work, and the guys made a fulcrum sleeve and pully out of some scrap stainless for me. I had them on a Triumph I gave to my brother.
