Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I'm going to be jealous if you ordered the silver camo.

My 237s have been great, BTW. Still waiting/hoping that some Red/Black CX-1 come back in stock. Prolly not going to happen, though.

So guess what this is a picture of... If you guessed the latest vehicle to make physical contact with ls01 you would be correct. Bastid clipped my elbow with his mirror. He got to talk to the police man for that. I was uninjured. Freaked out but uninjured. Guy could not have given less F#$&@ if he was offered money. He appologized and then pushed the blame on me for riding in the street. I had to leave I couldnt listen to anymore. Its really bad here. I dont know how more I can take.

I am with you and MoAlpha Again, I know cases go up, simply because of more testing but the sickness and death part is what I'm focused on. I know that's terribly morbid, but it is the only real gauge I have.

With a commercial vehicle like that, I'd be on the horn with the owner of the company. If the driver was the owner, I'd be bombing him on all the social media platforms, 'specially if I had video.

Have you tried them on? I wear a Wide with the Lake Competition lasts, and the HV were an immediate "nope" when I popped 'em on my feet.

I have go pro footage facing front. I am experiencing computer problems, all I could review was quick time. Thats too fast to see anything..
I am concidering a rear mount for the camera.. the problem is in Mi. Only rear license plates are used.. I would hate to have to add a 2nd camera.

I haven't tried those on, but I have a pair of the Trans HV, with EC90 soles. I really like them, but the buckles are weak point, and I worry about their longevity. They weren't as long distance comfortable as Lake, but they were great in races. Once I went with Lakes, I haven't looked back, until now.

November is bringing back some 55mm rim brake carbon rims, too. Good heavens. There just isn't enough room and money for all I want.

I saw that. Sadly (though understandably), it seems to not be a bespoke rim, which makes it much less interesting than the Rails.

Man I should never have sold mine.

I tried to buy a pair of S-Works 7s from the LBS because COVID and convenience, but they couldn't deliver, so I went with something a little more reasonably priced.

Those Giros look like nice shoes.

I have a pair of Lake winter boots, which are beautiful and a pleasure to wear, but the 3-hole drilling is so far forward as to be useless and I can only use them with SPDs, which sucks because they have road soles.

Right, but you can't keep cases from going up by not testing, can you? I mean the truth is eventually going to out. Except for a few asymptomatic cases, the sick are going to a medical facility and will be tested. And by not finding the sick and isolating and or treating them, aren't you certain to get more of them?
