Best bet for finding the hoods will be either the back room of a bike shop or a pair of levers (one of which is broken).
I actually got a pair earlier this year when I asked the local shop for 10s lever hoods and they gave me 6500 hoods that had been put in the wrong bag.
The face plates are also extinct, have been for ten years.

The chap I got them from apparently had the bike from nearly new and it looked like he'd never changed anything. It had been everywhere with him on the back of his camper or in a bike box. The aluminium bottle cages are flatted where the bottle has slid in and out so many times. He looked very very sad once I handed the money and walked out with it.

Not certain if you meant hoods or face plates, sounded like hoods(?).
I actually have a box full of brand-new left-hand replacement levers, which includes face plates. I have a few different 9s model levers in the box. No hoods of course.

Yeah, the face plates seem to be universal left-right but tend to be specific to exact model numbers of gruppo.
