Unusual Peugeot?

Unusual in that I cannot find anything about this model online. Festina team replica in Columbus Hyperion tubing. Any clues from anyone? I only have this one photo at the moment...
Hope hope you are all well

The only thing I've managed to find since posting the photo is that merckx and de Rosa had frames built in Meise in Belgium. looking pretty similar to this one and in Hyperion tubes
