Wellyeahbut, can she cook? 😋😁
I didn't understand a word she said, but somehow, that didn't matter. 😉
Oh wait, you meant the bicycle, didn't you? 🤭

Is she married...? I am in love. Better mechanic to learn from, Campagnolo toolset, and actually speaks clearly enough about assembly, that I understood 65% of her Spanish which is big for me. I usually cannot keep up.
No joke, she is good at explaining the restoration.
Very cool.
Is she married...?
Edit: for those fluent, did she mention whether she did the paint restoration...if so she does amazing work.

Wait, she is Spanish?
I knew it was a romance language, I honestly did not know it was not Italian.
Doesn’t matter.
We can work around anything. Still in love

Considering my great appreciation for Dura-Ace and many things Shimano, perhaps if there was a Japanese woman as an analog of sorts to this woman, that would be a lovely complement to this woman. As I don't expect nor demand that, I'm glad she likes the bike and is knowledgeable concerning building up such a machine at the very least. Hope she enjoys it!

I also place a strip underneath any metal on paint contact points, such as cable guides, water bottles, front derailleurs, etc. It is cheap insurance for normal wear and tear.
Then again, if the bike is just going to be a wall hanger, I'd probably skip it but none of mine are wall hangers.

Two days ago I overhauled a cheap front hub with caged bearings. Dialed in the adjustment perfectly--spins like an upper-tier Shimano hub even. Would not exactly have expected that, but hey, I'll take it!
