What is this device?
Just for curiosity: what is the small device attached to the forks here? I saw them in recent pictures, on top tier road bikes at Vuelta a San Juan. I doubt they turned back to the old magnetic speed sensors.

A race "chip" you zip-tie to your bike, race bib, etc. I'm guessing they've got it as far forward on the bike as they can... you know, so when the sprint comes down to inches ;-)

if they time it just right, they could mount it to a frt wheel spoke nip & really gain some competitive advantage using that tracker sensor

Same as the magnetic censors but now wireless so requiring a transmitter on the fork.
