Apologies if this has been posted before...

Bicycles are art to me - they are beautiful. So I always appreciate good photos:

I have seen that one before, and I would like to know what country it is in. something looks odd for it to be a '84.

if I was to see sexxy Bianchis I just walk into the livingroom

It seems I didn't hit post on my reply earlier (or a mod deleted it. I have no clue why that would be the case). The skewer release placement bugs me. I realize it is there for the purposes of using that stand. But, given the angle of the photo something less intrusive could've been used to hold the bike up...

It really ruins an otherwise lovely picture for me.

The cable housing at the derailer appears to me to be a bit short.

That Colnago Carbitubo of his would sure look nice in my dream garage. If I had a dream garage, that is.

as much as I really like that uncoated spiral metal housing I can't stand it when someone uses mismatched cable housing....should have just gone with blue like the rest of it. Or sprung for enough of that uncoated housing for the whole bike.

I'd been ambivalent about splash bar tape before but now, just because of this, I am going to put it on at least one of my bikes and convince others to do the same. As a child of the 80s I am drawn to splash tape like a moth to the flame... or something, idk.

It doesn't bother me, especially as that was prolly how the bike was originally (at least I believe so). I know my Bianchi was/is like that.

curmudgeon, but that Bianchi pale green is not to be liked

I know it is 'Bianchi', but if one can look at it with objectivity, it is not appealing

but then, all pre-WW2 bikes being black brings about a certain yawn, too

I think the proper translation to English of Celeste is "Fairybarf". Yes, I still want to own a bianchi or two. It's so ugly it's cool again. I like the concept of trademark colours for bike factories, but IMHO the Wilier copper or GIOS blue is much more appealing. This bike is absolutely stunning in the way it's restored and presented too.

it is the room in the apartment that is the living room. since there is no TV, sofa, or bark a lounger my Daughter does not think it is very livable. but since I am seldom home for long periods and view this place as somewhat temporary I never got alot of furniture.

PS the stuff in the foreground is my daughters stuff when she was staying there

Funny - I agree. I absolutely did not like the Celeste color at first, but it has grown on me and now I like it.

Go figure.
