Recent puchase included a box of misc parts, wheels, etc. This interesting looking stem was included in the box. I'm a 90's mtn bike guy so this is unfamiliar to me.
Any ideas??

3TTT stands for Tecno Tubo Torino

Italian term for this type of stem is "regolabile" (adjustable)

Among all of disassembled/broken stuff, it was mostly mtb parts, Cook Bros crank arm (R only), XTR shifter and hubs, Suntout xc pro crankset, deore dx shifters and hubs, 7/8 speed cassettes and a lot of cable locks.
The road stuff..... bunch of 27" tubes, technomic stem and Sugino GLP crank set 175mm

I’d like to buy that from you if you have no use for it!

Although the technical solution is archaic, this engraved logo shows a 1985-’87 production.
