Well big george hincapie has a 13 son who is looking like daddy big strong kid came in 11th place against full grown fellas ....scarey.
good genes sure do help.

good genes sure do help.
We have local kids that destroy the 4/5 cyclocross fields and then race in the 3/4 and junior field while "placing well" in the 3/4 race. That's just talented junior racing, not necessarily anything that would have been reported if it wasn't a relation to a former pro.

At the Hincapie a few years back I joked I would beat Hincapie and the joke was that it was going to be his 10 year old son. He killed me. Kid is fast. And you should see him on a MTB.

But this kid chose his parents well in the cycling gene lottery. So probably a good future bet.
