Not sure what is going on with this ad? Just realized it has been listed for weeks with price dropping, just language barrier? Pics are not great, but sure looks worth a look?
Edit: starting to make more sense - older ad (below) had drippy painted rims, one matched that blue on the stays looks like they took a rattle can to it
You can see where they cleaned up the blue on the brake cable on the 1st pic versus this one - all suspect

For a hundred bucks you can get a pretty complete Shimano 600 set, some nice wheels and tires, a nice rear rack, and a small hand-built Derek Bailey frame to go with everything! Now, if only that seat post is not stuck,,, located in Durham, NC

@gideo8 - two up. Posted by Rocketsauce. Reasonably close and any co-op will have cheap drop bars and levers and shifters. probably they will have fenders and a basket/and or racks.
