How much life do these still have in them?

Took my bike apart to clean it up good, I'm starting to regret that decision. I busted one chainring bolt just after taking this picture...

Is it time to just install an Advent X (or similar) or are these still good for much longer?

From what I can see, and have experienced on my bikes, the Praxis is worn out (shark-tooth shaped ring teeth; oblong space between teeth); the granny could be salvaged for a couple more months or years depending on how much you ride on it, and how hard.

Those look good to me. Worn out chainrings look pointy at the tops of the cog teeth.

I think a new chain and a steep hill would tell you if you need to replace them.

They both show some wear. Are the 4 bolt patterns symmetrical? One option would be to remove the chain drop pin and rotate 90 degrees.

As @ThermionicScott says, if you start having troubles with dropping the chain or the chain skipping, replace.

A new chain, and then look for gaps between the leading edge of the teeth and the chain rollers near the bottom of the chain ring. That would be safer. But my experienced eyeballs say both rings are long gone. A new chain will likely skate over the big ring and cause chain-suck on the small one. Look at the depth of the wear between the teeth on the right side of the small one. It looks like your pushing harder with one leg.

If the cassette hasn't been replaced recently, that would be a candidate, too.

To my eye both look good to me. The rings have a bit of wear to them, but nothing that screams replace me. Heck I think my chain rings look as worn as those.
