Boras are sooo good???
They are IMO . But why?
Ive only had giant slr, DA c24 and 40, and Ultegra to compare to, but they are hands down better and I can’t put my finger on why.
I have Bora 50’s on one bike and WTO 45 on another. They make me not like my other bike. What is it about them. I got the 45 after they made me not like either of the other bikes.
Looking for something comparable. What are some wheels that compare in weight, depth and price ?

Because you spend a bunch of money on them and expect them to be good. Because it says Campy on them and you expect them to be good. That's the reality of it.

You will not feel any difference from ceramic bearings, except when the super hard balls destroy the softer races.
If you're concerned about the placebo-level effect of bearing drag, make sure the inner seals are removed.

If you want to brag about your wheel collection, you really should include photos.

The 50’s made me not like the c40 clincher (which are really c35) so I bought these for this bike and it was a very noticeable difference.
I can’t tell much difference between these WTO 45 and the Bora 50. Maybe these are a little stiffer? And the wider tire of course makes for a smoother ride.

I keep looking at Boras just because I want them. Have Zondas which are plenty, but I'd be curious to see how much better Boras are.

I loved my 50/58's (not Bora) until I got 60's. In a late afternoon headwind home you notice.
