Whatever your LBS has in stock that fits you? maybe buy a gravel/adventure bike as well as a regular road bike. Add a MTB and you have most bases covered.

genejockey oh, hey - I haven't completely forgotten, but I still haven't laid my hands on that GPU. Digging around in the closet has turned up nothing, so I'll have to brave the basement. I know that I gave some hardware away to one of my ~nephews, but I don't think that the card was included in that, so I'll look a little more.

I'm getting pretty slick at running new derailleur cables all up in my plastic bike frame. I'll get it down to five minutes by the time I buy bike with electronical shifting.
