And as a Clyde and cruiser rider that red rear suspension not only sticks out like a sore thumb to me but if the shock mount broke I think I'd be toast.
Give me a real rear triangle every time.

That looks nice, agree will clean up nice. Doesn't look rough at all to me. Great score!

The fork itself appears straight, but the front end overall looks terribly wrong.

Looks a bit neglected, but should probably clean up well. For the shorter rider -- looks to be 52-53cm

And it looks like a Suntour triple jockey wheel RD. Almost worth the $75 right there

I had a buddy that rode one of these as his work bike (messenger). He described it as "terribly uncomfortable, but viciously cool..."

1985 Nishiki Linear TT - $250 (Watertown)

(google map)
Im thinning out my bicycle stable and this one has to go. It's a 1985 time trial bike. 12 speed, all Shimano 105 with a 600 crankset. Rad bike, stupid fast, and especially fun when your friends want to try it.
Everything works as it should. Wheels were trued, brakes tuned, chain cleaned and waxed etc.
It fits like a 54-55 cm. Obviously the positioning is absurd. Banned from racing because of its dangerous qualities (turning is extremely challenging).
24" front and 700c rear. Stock bull horns.
I'm open to trades and can meet up in Cambridge, Brighton, or Allston.

Well, my basket case Superbe find has become less than a useful find. The frame is bent on the down tube at the chain guard braze-on and also the left rear down stay just above the drop-out. The sprocket crank is also bent. I was given someones internet journal of a different bike. . https://users.humboldt.edu/erick/rale...erbe_1969.html Attachment 576283
