Ross BMX
Growing up in the late 70's early 80's, when BMX was really getting big - everyone dreamed of Kuwahara, Redline, Diamondback, Mongoose etc etc. But eh....I had to settle for a Ross Snapper. This is my best friend and former neighbors Ross 142THX. I inherited it from his mom who wanted me to have it after he (Norman) passed on far too young. It was left outdoors for a loooooong time. Anyways - it's my time machine I guess. He won quite a few races on it at our local BMX track at Twin State Schwinn in Claremont, NH. Have pics of it there back in the day - around 1981 or so Just wondering if anyone else used to spin around on Ross bikes?

This whole bmx thing is nostalgia for me, and can remember what it was like decades ago. Maybe polish off some of the rust, grease it for and take a ride down memory lane but dont forget the flux capacitor!
Would have kept a western flyer (mid/late 80's) but it was stolen so picked up a second hand bmx, not just any though.
Heres me and my cuz back in the day, but congrats on the kind gesture of your old friends mom.
