Hi I am trying to find a road tire that replaces my 27.5x2.1 mtb tires. Any suggestions?

Try searching for 650B tires instead of 27.5"

Any 650b tire. If you have the clearance for it, Hookworms are available in 27.5 x 2.5

Stay close to that diameter. 650b x 50 would be good

Be careful of how narrow you go, modern mtb rims tend to be wider to help tire profile but you may find you can't go lower than a 650bx28 or even 30 which should roll fine and fast in comparison to a mtb tire depending on the tire pressure.

How wide are your rims? You can most likely go smaller than 2.1" if you want to. How much smaller depends on the rims.

Thanks for pointing that out. I'd blame it on the "fine print", except it wasn't all that fine. I'll PM the OP and advise to ignore my response.
I also deleted the post, in case anyone is confused by a missing post. I've got to be more careful in the future. I did PM the OP to ignore my original response, which I deleted.
