Nishki century
I have a friend that has an old nishki century she thinks it is 27 years old.
It wasn't rhode much, but the cables are frozen from sitting the last 25 years. Lol
Is it worth rebuilding, or scrap it?
Thanks!

If you can do the work, definitely...and...why not? Are you building it for you or your friend? Either way...if you enjoy working on it...I would say go for it...

It would be for her. I can do all the work for her, but I figured She would have a ton of money in a bike that wasn't worth much, or she could buy a new bike for the same money. Just wasn't sure if these were desirable or not. I pumped the tires up, and lubbed everything. Adjusted the the brakes, and shifters. It is rideable now.
i sure wouldn't go far from home tho.lol

The biggest question is does the bike even fit her? If not, why bother. Sell it for $50 to some college kid. If she is looking for comfort, she probably should investigate a modern hybrid or city bike with a step-through frame.
