I am using the development builds of Golden Cheetah (3.5), I can't remember if it is implemented in 3.4 or not. Should be under the "Share" menu at the top.
You also shouldn't need a premium account. Everything is done via an API that only cares if an app (Like your instance of Golden Cheetah) is authorized to see your "private" data. Account type doesn't play into it.

If you've done that same ride in the past you can copy it and change the date values, I'm not sure how useful that is since its really just gps data and not actual training numbers.

I lose about a ride a year for various reasons; twice it just locked up when swapping screens and 'poof' gone (that was a few years ago).

hmm, I suppose. I only lift on my "off" days where the riding is to be easy. And when I was not riding, I would lift then run because if I ran then lifted I had no motivation to lift.

had the breakthrough ride i was waiting for yesterday. went from 18:36 (323W) -> 17:10 (340W) on the benchmark climb (OLH). PR is still almost a minute faster (16:14 @ 360W), but i'll take the improvement. if i wasn't carrying extra clothes/food/saddle bag i would have been sub 17 (i've gone 16:15 on 338W at only slightly lighter weight), which is starting to be respectable. more importantly, i rode well the rest of the ride (75mi/7k ft @ 17.7mph) and finally started hitting times on descents which were reasonable without fear. i feel like a cyclist again!

Commute last night and this morning. Woke up with sore lower back although I worked out yesterday. Sounds like I need to eliminate seated cable row, once I added this to my workout, I keep on getting lower back pain...or use less wight

Sweet spot 2x20s
Cat 2
Had planned to do one of the toughest workouts of my build period today but after having to walk back home from the car repair place,I cut it down.
So I ended up doing 3x20 sweetspot on the TT bike. Power meter here is my kickr, so I'm a bit skeptical of the power readings, but I nailed the workout without dropping my power in a new position. First real workout on the TT bike. Shoulders would get a bit sore in the position I'm working on at about 15 minutes into the 20 minute set. I've got the pads just about as narrow as they can go just as experiment and I actually quite like how it tucks my shoulders in. With time I think I'll come to avoid the tiredness that this brings.

Another set of sweet spot intervals, this time with a buddy. We came up behind a guy going the same direction and were going to pass but he kept speeding up. Okay, fine dude, whatever. Backed off a little bit to give him some room and carried on at our pace. You could see him keep looking back to make sure we were still there. After about 5 or 6 minutes of this he pulled off and let us go by.
He could have just sat on us and gotten a free ride, but Cat 6's gotta Cat 6.

I have a hard workout to do tonight and I'll need to do it on the trainer. I'm absolutely dreading it, I hate riding on the trainer and really struggle to hit the numbers I want. Everything just seems so much harder indoors for me, even with 3 fans and windows open. Maybe since it's cold today it won't be as hard.

Last night I had my apartment down to 62 degrees inside with a fan on low. and cracking the patio door. It was glorious.

The more time you spend on the trainer, the easier it gets to do hard workouts on it.
I've also found that the mental dread of doing the workout can totally derail it, making it even harder to hit your numbers.

Almost passed out on my morning ride. Asthma has been really bad the last few days, probably a 9/10 (worst in years). I was seeing stars, which is like the main indicator its getting really bad. I swear its going to kill me someday.
Because its been cold and damp lately, the dust mites and other allergens have multiplied, and because asthma has been a non issue I've been slacking on preventative measures. Going to replace my covers and get the dehumidifier out.

I don't mind people drafting me if I'm doing long steady intervals and of course if they're cool about it. It's usually not a problem on the ARBT. I'm usually passing people but not crazy fast. But just say something, don't race me, and whatever you do, don't crash me.

4x20 sweet spot. One of the hardest workouts I'll do in base training. Nailed it too!

Tried a new FTP test protocol where you do ~20min slowly ramping up from low sweet spot and then start your 20min test, which I guess is supposed to make it essentially purely aerobic? It was surprisingly fun, but it's pretty hard to keep that focused for 40 minutes on open roads. I hit the lap button at minute 15 of the actual test simply because I couldn't keep my head in it any longer and I kinda knew where the number was going to wind up already. But yeah, it was a lot of fun! GoldenCheetah's power chart showers my legs with platitudes. So did my coach, along with a lot of "why would you do that?"
Anyway, the consistent FTP work and increased rest are paying off! I'm ready for base though, I miss volume.
