Replacement shifter for Ultegra 6600

Hi All,
This is my first post.
I doing up my 2008 Specialized Roubiax. It had 2 10 Ultegra 6600 groupset. I'm looking for good alternatives for my 6600 shifters with internal cable routing
Anybody have any ideas.
Is there any difference in shimano 2x10 systems? Is there a difference between Ultegra 2x10 and 105 2x10 or Tiagra 2x10? I assumed not but not sure?
Regards
TIA

I believe that all 4600, 5600 6600, 5700 and 6700 are interchangeable. Tiagra 4700 is not compatible with any of them. The 5700-6700 have under the bar wrap cabling. IMO, the 4600-5600-6600 operate better with less adjustment necessary. I have the 5700 levers on an all internal cabling bike, and one with just under the tape cabling. Both often have the need to have adjustments made at the rear derailleur I have no experience with 4700, but that group is a bit of a dead end for use with other groups. I use 4600 levers with 6600 derailleurs on a bike, works great.

Oh I see 5700 is Shimano 105. Can you buy 10 speed 105?
