a close look at the Tube Investments logo on the lower seat tube of my Raleigh Team bike. ...well, the downtube does say "T.I. - Raleigh", which causes some folks to ask "so it's a titanium Raleigh?" Not an unreasonable question, really, but it does mean "Tube Investments / Raleigh", since Tube Investments bought Raleigh.
