Identification and value of 1980s Trek (Possibly a 400?)

I'm not super familiar with vintage Treks outside of a few models, so hopefully someone can help me ID this one. I flipped through some catalogs and it looks kind of like a mid-80s 400, based on the True Temper ChroMo frame.

Seller is asking $400, it comes with what looks like a Busch & Muller CYO, Shimano dynamo hub, and a Brooks saddle for what it's worth.

From my other thread I was looking at a 1985 Fuji Espree for $175 that looks to be in better cosmetic condition that I would equip with a dynamo and light if I got it; not sure how this Trek stacks up though.

400 quite high for a beat up tru temper Trek 400, doubt I could get that for one of mine in much better shape. 250 would still be high, but reasonable considering the used bike marketplace these days.

Do you recognize if the bike I linked is indeed a Trek 400? I wouldn't pay $400 for it either if it didn't have the dynamo hub and light, those are worth about $150 to $200 for me though

I wouldn’t pay anything for a dynamo hub and light, something that was never on any Trek in the first place!

Actually from decals, except the top tube, and color, looks like an 85 410, with the Campy components replaced.

'85 410 didn't have internal RD cable routing. Hard to find a bike with that geometry, color, lettering and frame design. But whatever it is/was, looks like most of the components have been swapped. This looks/smells like a parts-bin build to me.
