Oh, the R3 is coming up on a year and I’ll probably want to replace the derailleur cables later this summer. Maybe the whole fishing thing is unnecessary; do the housings run through the frame?
If not, do you attach the floss to the old cable and pull it back through as a “messenger?”

Yeah, that's what I did when I re-cabled the Domane, should be similarly easy with the R3; it's a pretty short, direct run to the bottom of the BB - just pop out the cable routing insert. The second run for the RD was a little more tricky to fish if you started at the BB, but easy if you start from the RD, so take that approach if you lose your lead for any reason.

No, just to the stops where it enters the DT.

A local triathlete has a nice piece of Cervelo wall art this week. Head tube crack. No ultrasound needed.

I went on a short little night ride yesterday evening. Beautiful night - warm, calm, and clear skies with a full moon. Zero traffic, so when I got out of town I turned my front light off and just rode by moonlight. Lovely.
Very happy to report that the new wheels did not asplode underneath me

I use this stuff. https://www.amazon.com/Jagwire-reves..._t1_B07H2WGXP8
Pull the brake or derailleur housing off, slide this over the old cable cut to length obviously, pull the old cable out, slide the new cable through, pull this housing off.
