I've got six three one last 1970s-era Raleigh International frameset for sale. All are made from Reynolds 531 tubing, and feature chromed Nervex lugs, forks, and socks. There were Raleigh's top-end frames in the 70s, equivalent to their best racing model but with more relaxed geometry. Originally spec'd for 27" wheels, they fit 700c fine and can handle wide tires. A popular choice for 650B conversion as well! Restore them to their original glory, or use them as a commuter, single speed, randonneur or gravel bike. Rear spacing is 126mm OLD, but can be spread to modern width by most bike stores (or you can DIY it). Prices include shipping within the CONUS. I will ship outside of the USA but buyer will be responsible for shipping fees over $35 USD. Pickup available in NYC - I will drop the prices significantly if you can pick up. I have matching original GB stems & bars for $35 a set and the original Weinmann Vainquer 999 brakes & matching levers for $50 a set. I also have several Campagnolo Nuovo Record group sets available that we removed from these frames.

You're killin' me here. I've been eyeing that shade of yellow for the eventual redo of the Raleigh Competition I recently bought. I am resisting for now, but what a stash of cool frames (in my size!).

Do the dimples weaken the chainstays significantly? I don't know much about that, I thought it was to increase tire clearance but these are on the outside.

Dimples do not weaken the chain stays. Many bikes of the era (and still today) come pre-dimpled from the factory. Typically the drive-side dimple is improve crank clearance and allow it to be mounted closer to the frame, lowering the overall Q-factor ( and so that the chainring bolts don't strike the chainstay). You're correct about the purpose of the dimples on the inside of the chain stays (also done to make it easier to mount a fender), and some of these frames show dimples on both sides.
