Front wheel hitting shoes

I have big feet and have some toe overlap on my road bike too. It hasn't been a huge problem to me. I only notice it on some tight turns while climbing, but it's really rare for the wheel to touch my shoes when riding.
I once heard this phrase from someone: "complaining of toe overlap on a racing bike is like complaining of low ground clearance on a Ferrari"

Toe Overlap
Toe Overlap,
Nothing says you’d better learn to deal with this...... quite like a fixed wheel track bike used on the road !
Instantaneous Sink or Swim
