Anyone heard of a Concord Premier road bike ?
Ad doesn't show much, but the cleanliness of what is in the pictures caught my eye. I'm not finding anything online about a 'Concord Premier' bike; the pedal and derailleur shown look mid-80s department store grade? Probably nothing special but I'm kinda curious as there aren't many older road bikes for sale in my region..

Bottom of the barrel. Not all old bikes are decent. An entire bike picture would be helpful, but you can see enough here to know. Nutted axle, steel rim, stamped drop out, claw RD hanger, bottom of the barrel RD.
Price should be more in the beer money territory than gas money. Assuming the seller took it to a shop for tires and brake pads, good example where you can lose money fixing up a free bike.

I would agree bottom end bike that is not worth spending any time or money on.

Its clean !
My opinion might not be popular, but i'd argue that bike is worth $70 - would still need $150 worth of TLC (tires, grease the bottom bracket and hubs ) - but would be a nice commuter if you're around 5'3 to 5'6

Also it has mismatched wheels tires which are usually a bit of a red flag on a used bike.

You don't see SunTour Hero derailleurs spec'd on very many bicycles. It was SunTour's lowest model, even below Honor. The Hero I've seen are circa 1986-1987, which is appropriate for the two tone paint scheme. The wheels may be OEM, as employing QR only on the front, with a different hub, was a fairly common factory practice for this level and era. As noted, this would be scraping the bottom of the barrel in its day. Similarly spec'd bicycles had retail prices of around $150 US, circa 1986. However, it seem clean, with low use, so while it's very basic, the asking price is likely not unfair.
