Looking for a great price/value ebike for my wife

Hi everyone,
my wife is going to start back working at the office this summer and they moved the office to the south shore and she has to cycle 15 km early in the morning and she is searching for an ebike not to arrive full of sweat in the morning.

she will be parking her bike outside so she is searching for ton of the cheapest ebike that you can order out there.

I was wondering if any of you have tried multiples brand and can offer advice for comparison which one seems to be the greatest value for the price.

Her last bike was stolen after 2 years so she doesn’t want to spend 5k because of the risk caused by thieves.

Thanks for your help

I don't know whether they're available in CA, but Lectric Cycle's 20 mph (in the US), 46 pound, $795 e-bike seems to be reviewed well by numerous individuals. It folds too, so maybe she can take it into her workplace or someplace where it can be watched.

if you're a costco member, check out what Costco Ca has to offer. They usually have inexpensive folding e-bikes for sale. Having Costco's great return policy behind the bike helps.

Costco USA has several folding e bikes. Also Costco Next has a nice ebike (not folding) if she has a place to keep it safe.

The Jupiter Bike Discovery X5 is actually a cool, small, light weight ebike for a commuter. Easy to handle as well,... Solid price at Costco too. I posted the pics so you could get an idea of the sizing.
