Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Rollers/Trainers

I have a $300 budget to spend on either a set of rollers or a trainer for the winter or when i get off late too late to get out and ride. Any recommendations? Preferably a set of rollers.

i have kreitler rollers but you will need to find about a hundo more to get 'em. totally worth the $$ and will last forever.... i would find some extra $$ and get some kreitlers. i believe mine are the 'dynomites' ... smallest drums.

Come on - they're both way too much fun and you know it - save up and get one of each. (But get the rollers first.)
